Skills Clinics
Skills Clinics offer you the opportunity to learn the essential skills necessary to compete in a sport. Coaches teach you how to perform basic skills from the beginning level all the way through the competitive level. The instruction is progressive and builds on the foundation skills. We will start out teaching the basics and use that foundation to advance to skills that make you more competitive when race day rolls around.
All the instruction is hands on with the opportunity to practice the skills under the watchful eye of your coach. You will learn new skills, practice them, and receive feedback on your performance.
