Coached Workouts

Ever at a loss as to what to do during a workout?  Ever waver as to when to push it and do one more lap?   Ever not realize when your technique is holding you back?  Ever wish you had a coach showing you how to maximize your training to get to the next level? 
Our coaches will guide you thru a workout that fits your training goals and your current fitness level.  We will guide you through running intervals on the track, hill workouts on the bike, swim intervals in the pool,  mountain bike power climbs, and many others.

- Cycling Hills
- Mountain Bike Intervals
- Cyclocross Intervals
- Swim Intervals
- Strength Training
- Stretching and Core Workouts
- Custom workout for you & your sport

Details

Workouts with one of our coaches are one on one or in a small group.  These include a technique assessment, a workout customized to your goals, and coaching for improvement. 

One hour workouts are $25 per person. 

Discounts are available for scheduling multiple workouts in advance. 

This is a great follow up activity after completing a Skills Clinic or a Training Camp.
