Coaching Packages
Do you want to race a triathlon this year? Run a marathon or ultra marathon? Race a road or mountain bike?
We have a training plan that is custom fitted to your needs that will help you reach your performance potential. Training plans will be emailed based on the plan you choose. An electronic web based training log will need to be kept for the coach to review your workouts.

All athletes in the Cleveland, Ohio metro area will receive in person contact with your coach during the startup phase and periodically during the season. All other athletes will be contacted via phone, email, or Skype.

We offer three levels of coaching: Standard, Power and Advanced packages. See below all of the features each package offers. Compare each and decide what you need to become a more successful athlete.
Standard Package - 6 month minimum commitment.
- Initial Phone Consultation: Your coach will contact you to introduce themselves, outline the program, and explain the services offered.
- Athlete Profile Review: Your coach will review the Athlete Questionnaire that you filled out at the beginning of the program. Your coach will gain an understanding of your past athletic and medical history, fitness and competitive history, current and future race goals, and your strengths and weaknesses as an
athlete.
- Phone Consultation: Your coach will call and get to know you as a person and vice versa. This will allow you and your coach to form a partnership. You will have an opportunity to discuss race goals, ask questions, and get to know the software that will be used to transmit the planned workouts, log your actual workouts, and analyze your progress. These typically last 30 to 45 minutes.
- Access to Discounts: Athletes will be eligible to receive special discounts available from our Partners. See the Buy Equipment page for details.
- Weekly Workout Plans: Athletes will receive a personalized and customized workout plan on a weekly basis from their coach. The plan will take into account your race goals and build your fitness to reach them. The plan will detail the amount of time spent each week, workouts for each day, and what type of workout each is (endurance, strength, etc). Your sport specific workouts as well as strength, core, and conditioning workouts will be detailed for the month.
- Periodic Email Communication: Your coach will be available to answer email questions. You will be able to initiate a question to your coach at any time and receive a reply.

Power Package - 12 month minimum commitment
This package has all the components of the Standard package with the exception that all the cycling is done with the help of a power meter. Your coach perform the periodic testing to keep you in the appropriate power zones, perform a power profile, prescribe workouts using the zones as a guidline for intensity, and will examine all your power files to assess growth and opportunities for improvement.

Advanced Package - 12 month minimum commitment.
This level of coaching is totally personalized for your needs and is fully flexible to your goals, needs, and challenges along the way to your goals.
All athletes subscribing to this level will be coached by an Olympic level qualified coach.
The Advanced Package includes all of the Standard and Power Package features with these additions or changes:
-Weekly Phone Conversations: Your coach will contact you to discuss how the training is progressing, your mental and physical state, the goals for the following week, and make any changes to the plan as a result.
- Field Testing: Your coach will prescribe a series of tests in your
discipline from which a baseline will be established and your workout zones will
be established. Periodically these will be redone to gage fitness gains.
- Power Training: Your coach will include GPS and Power training in addition to the standard Heart Rate training. This data will be uploaded in order to refine your training and jump to the next level.
- Heart Rate Zones & Power Zones: These will be established and updated on an as needed basis throughout the season. If you are in the NE Ohio area, your coach will be available to put you through these tests in person.
- Pre Race Planning: Your coach will be available to discuss race strategy
and answer questions before each of your competitions. Race specific advice and
a schedule of race day events will be discussed. This is usually done via the
phone or email.
- Post Race Analysis: Your coach will go over what went right and what
went wrong for each of your races. You will have an opportunity to learn from
your lesser importance races and be prepared for your marquee race. Your coach
will guide you to learn from your mistakes and become a better athlete.
- Race Support: If you are in the Northern Ohio area, your coach can be present at one of your most important races to prep you and provide support.
(travel expenses may be applicable)
- Unlimited Email Communication: Your coach will be available to answer email
questions. You will be able to initiate a question to your coach at any time
and receive a reply.

Required Equipment
All athletes are required to have computer access and a heart rate monitor. Power and Advanced Package athletes additionally are required to have a GPS unit and a power meter.
